Join as a Grower / Supplier

Click below to register to become a Fair Farms Member.

There are 2 choices :

  1. Fair Farms Audit Pathway

  2. Non-Audit Pathway

  • The registration process takes approximately 15–20 minutes.

  • You’ll be asked to provide general details about your business operations and to identify your controlled sites.

  • A registration fee of $250 + gst applies for Audit Pathway Members, and $150 + gst applies for Non-Audit Pathway Members.

  • Pay online with a credit card to gain immediate access to your account.

  • Once registration is complete, log in to your Member Portal to begin.

Note: If you operate under multiple ABNs, a separate registration is required for each.

Suppliers include: Growers, Packers, Wholesalers, Ripening Houses, and Brokers/Agents/Distributors. 

Join as a Labour Hire Provider

Click below to register for the Fair Farms Labour Hire Provider Audit Pathway.

  • The registration process takes approximately 40–50 minutes.

  • You’ll be asked to provide details about your business operations and the states in which you operate.

  • Please have the following documents ready to assist with your registration:

    • Employee Induction or Handbook

    • Letter of Engagement

    • Piece Rate Record Template

    • Payslip Template

    • Employment Contract Template

    • PALM Deed Agreement (if applicable)

  • A registration fee of $795 applies. Pay online to gain immediate access to your account.

  • Once registered, log in to the Member Portal to begin.

    A confidential desktop audit will be conducted on your uploaded documents and we will reach out directly to discuss any matters with you to assist.

Registered Buyer

Becoming a Registered Buyer on the Fair Farms platform gives you clear visibility and independent assurance across your grower supply base.

It helps manage compliance and modern slavery risks, supports consistent engagement with growers, and demonstrates credible, ongoing due diligence in a practical, industry recognised way.
