If you have a specific complaint that you would like to make, please use the Online Gateway Form provided and a member of our Fair Farms Team will respond to you within 1 business day of receiving the information. We take all complaints seriously and use good faith and fair dealing principles as we respond.
If your complaint is related to your audit itself, please contact the Certification body you have used in writing before referring the matter to Fair Farms. If the matter is not resolved through their complaint’s resolution process, please complete the form below and provide us with details.
In the complaints form below please detail your complaint including what parties are involved, and whether you allow Fair Farms to refer the matter to the other parties involved as part of the investigation of the complaint.
